Interlibrary Loan Request
If the Library doesn’t hold the title you are after, we may be able to borrow it from another library in Australia via our interlibrary loan service.
A non-refundable administrative fee of $6.00 applies for each title requested via interlibrary loan. Additional fees (minimum $30.30) may also be charged by the supplying library, bringing the total per item to $36.30. When completing the request form please indicate the maximum amount you are willing to pay per item, by selecting from the dropdown menu called Purpose of Request
All charges will be added to your Library card and are payable when the interlibrary loan is collected.
By using the interlibrary loan service, you agree to:
- An ILL administrative fee applies for each title supplied via interlibrary loan. If the item cannot be supplied by the library, the requestor is not charged this fee.
- Additional ALIA/ILRS fees may also be charged by the supplying library.
- All charges will be added to my Library card and are payable when the interlibrary loan is collected.
- Once the item is requested and received by Goulburn Library the ILL fee is still payable even if I fail to collect the item or give insufficient notice that the item is no longer required.
- Both the ILL administrative fee and the ALIA/ILRS ILL fees are non-refundable
- I will return the item to the Goulburn Mulwaree Library on or before the due date.
- If the item is lost or damaged I agree to pay the lending library's replacement fee.
- Lodging this form indicates my acceptance of liability for any fines or fees.
