The subdivision of part of the Gundary Estate in 1894 by Finlay and Co released 11,000 acres, 185 farms and suburban sites to the east and north of Goulburn. Much of the Gundary Estate had been previously owned or occupied by some of Goulburn's earliest pioneering families, including William Bradley; George Thorn; the McDonalds; Solomon Emanuel and others.

* photocopy of 28-page compiled list of property owners identifying land grants and purchases, and the location of the allotments, dated 19.6.95.
