Goulburn's first Municipal Baths, also known as the City of Goulburn Corporation Baths, were officially opened by Goulburn Municipal Council in 1892. Operating leases were revisited each year. By 1907, a new public bath facility was to be built in Victoria Park, which opened in 1908. Over time, the facilities have had several name changes. An indoor heated pool was built in 1996. The current swimming pool facility, located in Deccan Street, is known as the Goulburn Aquatic Centre.
