To join Goulburn Mulwaree Library, applicants must provide ID as proof of name & current address.

The following forms of ID will be accepted:

• Current driver's licence
• Council rates or water notice
• Residential tenancy agreement
• Commonwealth or State electoral card
• NSW photo ID card
• High school ID card
• Centrelink pensioner, concession, or healthcare card
• Electricity, gas, or telephone account
• Bank statement

Applicants under 16 years of age must have a parent or guardian apply on their behalf. The parent or guardian must provide their ID, as listed above.

ID will be accepted in electronic format i.e. viewable on a phone or device, provided it is one of the ID forms listed above and shows name and current address.
