An oral recording of Ernie Stephenson, commissioned by the Mulwaree Shire Council in 1994, undertaken by Lorna Parr.

Ernest Stephenson was a child of the great depression, and grew up in Bannaby and Taralga. From a family of sheep and cow graziers, he has interesting recollections of his life as a child of the bush. His family had been settled in the Tarlo River area for three generations, and he grew up between Bannaby, Big Hill and Taralga.
