The development maps and plans include road deviations, proposed roads and lands to be resumed, all under the Public Roads Act of 1902. Also included are easements for electricity lines, property and subdivision plans and maps concerning Goulburn's water supply. There are some plans associated with railways and schools. Coverage includes Parishes within the County of Argyle. Some Parishes within the Counties of Georgiana, Westmoreland, Murray and Camden are also included.
