Subject: The general aims and objectives of the Mulwaree Draft Local Environmental Plan 1993 are: a) to encourage the proper management, development and conservation of natural and man-made resources within the Mulwaree area; b) to replace the existing planning controls with a single local environmental plan to help facilitate growth and development of the Mulwaree area; c) to afford protection to the environmental heritage within the Mulwaree area.
